Here is an example of creating a 'Long Frock' product by combining stocks from a tailor.
To combine products, follow these steps:
Go to Inventory > Stock Convert, and, choose 'Stock Combine.'
The first entry will always be a 'CUSTOM PRODUCT' for products that we create. You can pull this up by the Product Code '2530' and hit the 'return' key.
Enter the appropriate number of end products that will be created in the 'Len/Wt' field. For example, if you want to create 4 barcodes for 4 Organza long frocks, enter '4'.
Enter the rest of the products that you need to combine, such as 20m of Organza Digital Print Fabric and 20m of Satin Lining Fabric. Enter the length and quantity as appropriate.
For the end product, choose 'LONG FROCK (C)'. Also, calculate the cost price based on the products that you pulled up above. Enter details like 'Cost Price', 'MRP', 'Attributes', 'Qty', etc. Note that during 'stock combine', the Product Name may always have '(C)' at the end, indicating that the product is custom-made. Do not choose other products where the product name does not end in '(C)'.
Select the products and click 'Map'.
If there are no issues with mapping, you should see that all the products that you have selected are mapped.
After clicking 'Save', you will eventually get a screen where you can print barcodes.
